Email support@mp3wars.com. Please include your username and, if it's about a bug, the phone model and what you were doing.

Delete your account

In the app, open your Profile, tap the gear for Settings, then tap Delete account and confirm with your password. This permanently removes your profile, uploaded tracks, posts, comments and messages you sent. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll help.

Report content or a user

Tap the flag icon on a post or comment, choose Report from a track's menu on the leaderboard (or tap the flag on a battle card), or tap Report on a user's profile. Then pick a reason. We review reports and remove content that breaks our Terms.

Block someone

Open their profile and tap Block. They won't be able to message you, and you won't see their posts, comments or chats. You can unblock people in Settings, under Blocked users.

Copyright complaints

If you believe your work is on Mp3 Wars without permission, follow the steps in section 4 of our Terms and email support@mp3wars.com with the subject "DMCA notice".
